Importing selected students from PowerSchool

Overview

Staff can select students in PowerSchool and import the selected students to SchoolEngage.

Selecting students in PowerSchool

To select students in PowerSchool:

1. Login to your staff account in PowerSchool

2. Select a student or group of students with the available filter options

Importing PowerSchool students to SchoolEngage

To import students selected in PowerSchool to SchoolEngage:

1. In PowerSchool, click “Applications”

2. Click “SchoolEngage Student Selection”

3. After loading, click “SchoolEngage” under Applications to sign into SchoolEngage

4. In SchoolEngage, click the “Apply PowerSchool Student Import” checkbox to see students imported from PowerSchool
