This section covers how to communicate email to assignees (parents, students, staff) from the Review page.

Email a single assignee

To send an email to a form assignee in the Review page:

  1. Click the “actions.png Actions“ dropdown button on a row

  2. From the drop-down, click “Send Email”

  3. A dialog will display; fill out the form using the email options provided

  4. Click “Send”


Email selected assignees

On the Review page, you can action all forms matching your filter or specific forms based on user selection.

  • Clicking the checkboxes in the table allows you to select specific forms to action at once

  • Once you are happy with your selection, click the “Actions with Selected” button

  • Click “Email”

  • A dialog will display; fill out the form using the email options provided

  • Click “Send”


Email all form assignees matching your filter

NOTE: the number displayed in this button will inform you how many forms will be affected.

  • Click “Action with All Filtered Forms (number)” to take action on all forms matching your search criteria.

  • Click “Email”

  • A dialog will display; fill out the form using the email options provided

  • Click “Send”

Use template

Templates are pre-created emails for specific purposes. They allow you to save time and provide consistent messaging for communications.

Title

Enter the subject line you want for the email.

Reply-to Address

Email address used if a user clicks reply in their email.

Schedule send

Emails can be created and scheduled to be sent at a future date and time. This allows you to prepare communications in advance - SchoolEngage will send the email at the future date and time.

Message

This is the email body to be sent to assignees.

Attachments

Upload any files you wish to be attached to the email.
