This section covers how to recover forms that have been archived.

Restore an archived form using mass actions

If you archived a form (removed) and would like to res

1. Click “Settings” from the main menu

2. Click “Mass Actions”

3. Click “Forms Restore” to see a list of archived forms

4. Find your form(s) using the form selection dropdown and keyword search for the assignee name

5. Click the “ Restore” button to restore your form or;

6. Select multiple forms and click the “Restore selected” button to restore multiple forms at once
