Marking Forms as Written Back

Overview
This guide covers the process of marking forms as "written back" for instances where you wish to bypass the writeback procedure.
Important: This tool will not send data to PowerSchool. If you wish to push data to PowerSchool, please perform a traditional writeback on a form-by-form basis.

Common Use Case
When dealing with multiple forms marked as "Completed Without Changes" and there's no need to update PowerSchool data, but you still need to manage PASI documents.
Limitations
Data Sync: This tool does not synchronize data with PowerSchool.
Approval Needed: Only works with forms that have been approved.
Writeback Restriction: Does not work with forms that are already written back.
How to Use This Feature
Preliminary Steps:
Permissions: Verify that your role has the “Mark as Written Back” permission. This is located in the “Application Writeback” section.
Operation Guide:
Form Selection: Go to the review page to pick the form you intend to work on.
Filtering: Apply filters to narrow down to the specific forms you need.
Marking Forms:
Individual Form: For a single form, utilize the actions dropdown to select "Mark as Writtenback".
Multiple Forms: To mark several forms, tick all that apply, click "Actions with Selected," and then "Mark as Writtenback".
Bulk Action: To apply to all filtered forms, use "Action with All Filtered Forms" and choose "Mark as Writtenback".
