Form Email Templates
Overview
Throughout the lifetime of an application assigned to an applicant, staff can setup automated emails to notify the applicant on the status of their application.
To navigate to Email Templates by heading to Settings > Communications > Email Templates
.

Enable Template
To enable or disable an email template:
Expand the Form’s templates by clicking on the form name
Click on the toggle under the “Enabled?” column for the respected Form status.
Edit Template
To edit the subject, body a template and add attachments, click on the to open the edit window.

Reset Template
Clicking will return on a specific status will return it to it’s default settings.
Reply-to Email
To set the default reply-to email:
Expand a form template by clicking on it’s name
Enter a new reply-to email in the “Form Default Reply-To Email” section
Click “Update”
School Specific Reply-to Emails
If you wish to attach a specific reply-to email per school:
Expand a form template by clicking on it’s name
Click “School Specific Email”
Select a school in the “School” drop-down
Enter a new reply-to email in the “Reply-to Email” section
Close the window by clicking the “Close” button
Setting Global Default Reply-to Emails
To set the global default reply-to email:
Click the “Settings” button
Enter a new reply-to email into the “Global Default Reply-to Email” section
Test Email
If you wish to test your emails before sending them out to applicants
Expand a form template by clicking on it’s name
Enter a test email into the “Test Email” section
Click the “Update” button
Until the Test Email section is cleared and updated by clicking the “Update” button, all emails related to the form’s status will go to the test email regardless of applicant.
After testing, please be sure to remove the test email to ensure expected behaviour.
