Staff Notifications enable the automation of email sendouts to staff of updates/ status changes to specific forms

What are Staff Notifications?

Staff Notifications are configurable email notifications, designed to allow specific staff to receive notifications when status changes occur to a form. These notifications cannot be customized, but the users who receive them can be


Send an Email Summary for this Form

This setting allows you to send a single email once per day, rather than an email for each status change that the user is subscribed to.

Start Hour is the rough sendout time for admins to receive the notification.


Email Summary Table

each form can be customized who will be sent notifications.

  • Pencil - Allows you to edit the subsequent columns

  • Name - The name of the action that triggers a staff notification

  • Email Notification Subscriptions - Setup for individual notifications, if an action occurs the user should be notified.

  • Daily Summaries - Setup for daily summary emails of how many actions have occurred.


Staff

Specific Staff who will receive the email for the selected forms


User Roles

Select and entire user role to receive the notification for the selected form.
