From the initial assignment of an application to the approval, applications transition through various statuses depending on the type of the Form.

Registration Type Forms
Status | Description |
|---|---|
New | The application is submitted |
In Progress | The application is under review by staff |
Managed Externally | The staff concluded that the applicant cannot complete the form in SchoolEngage, and will come in person to fill out the form. |
Approved | Approved by Staff |
Denied | Denied by Staff |
Validation Type Forms
Status | Description |
|---|---|
Incomplete | The applicant has not submitted the form |
Completed without changes | The application is submitted and there is no change tracking on setup the Form, or change tracking has not been triggered. |
Completed with changes | The application submitted and there are changes tracked fields. |
In Progress | The application is under review by staff |
Managed Externally | The staff concluded that the applicant cannot complete the form in SchoolEngage, and will come in person to fill out the form. |
