School Rights

Overview

This section covers how to manage SchoolRights in the SchoolEngage platform. School rights generally manage what users and forms a staff member can access.



Access school rights

To access the school rights for a user follow the steps below:

  1. In the main left-hand menu click “Users”

  2. Click “Staff”

  3. Select the relevant staff member

Manage school rights

To edit the school rights for a user follow the steps below:

  1. In the left-hand menu under School Rights click “Edit”

  2. Select the school rights you want the user to have

  3. Click save

Important! You can only grant School Rights to a school you have access to. If you remove your own school rights, you will need another user with rights to that school to grant you access to that school
