Overview

Staff users have the ability to login as a parent or student user. This feature is useful when a staff user needs to view the process from the parent’s perspective.

How to Impersonate a Parent or Student User

1. Navigate to the user’s profile page by

   1. Searching for students

   2. going to Users/Parent in the navigation bar

2. Click the “Actions” Button

3. Click “Login as User”

Re-login as Staff Member

While impersonating a student or guardian, an 🕵️ icon will appear in the right of the main header of the site.

Clicking on this icon will allow the staff member to leave the student/guardian account and login back into their main account.
