Overview

Staff users have the ability to login as a parent or student user. This feature is useful when a staff user needs to view the process from the parent’s perspective.

Impersonations are audited and will appear in the impersonated user’s login as a impersonation.

How to Impersonate a Parent or Student User

  1. Navigate to the user’s account by

    1. Searching for students

    2. going to Users/Parent in the navigation bar

  2. Click the “Actions” Button

  3. Click “Login as User”
