We’ve turned the scripting on forms that was responsible for tracking if a student is too young/old for a grade into a feature!

Admins can now set conditions on form fields to trigger a warning popup when user input matches predefined criteria.

Users with access to the district settings page can now update and manage their SchoolEngage Data plugin credentials to maintain connectivity. Additionally, they can add or manage a Single Sign-On (SSO) certificate to enable SSO from PowerSchool. For more information, please see our article on District Settings – Plugin Credentials.

Districts can now toggle the Event Manager button on the navigation bar for parents and staff. By default, this option is disabled. For more information, please see our article on District Settings – Interface Settings.

Allow districts to adjust what grades are selectable across the system as well as change what those grades are named. For more information can also be found here: District Settings – Interface Settings.

A parent's student list in the navigation bar will now automatically expand upon login. This update helps minimize the creation of duplicate student records.

Administrators with access to the new permissions can now disable user accounts in SchoolEngage to remove the user’s access to SchoolEngage.
