School Spot Sync

Staff can now manually sync schools to ensure their district’s SchoolEngage school list is up-to-date with PowerSchool. For more details, please refer to our article the School Sync.

Form Management Alerts

Staff managing forms will now see alerts that notify them of missing permissions and indicate which system emails are enabled. For additional information, please visit our article here.

Page Size Increase

The maximum page size for various sections in SchoolEngage has been increased from 50 to 100, allowing for a broader view of data on each page.

Locked Fields

Staff members who are flagged as Main District Administrators from each district will now have the ability to lock and unlock form fields directly from the form editor. This enhancement aims to address and resolve any issues with fields being permanently locked.

Payment Receipts

Receipts generated by SchoolEngage will now display the masked PAN (Primary Account Number) of the credit cards used for payments, if that information is available.

Student Emails

Staff can now change a student’s email address as long as the student is not connected to PowerSchool. Simply navigate to the student’s profile and click Edit under the Actions menu.
