Overview
The Parent Portal Report Card Log in PowerSchool Admin helps administrators track the status of student report cards generated by parents through the Parent Portal and when they were generated. This report provides detailed information on the status of report card generation for each student, including specific generation dates for each semester. It allows administrators to filter and export this data, ensuring an efficient way to monitor and manage parent-generated student report cards.

Accessing the Report
To access the Parent Portal Report Card Log follow these steps:
Select the desired school from the list of available schools.
From the main screen, navigate to the left bottom menu.
Open the
Parent Portal Report Card Log.
Filters
The report contains the following filters:
Keyword: A text field to enter a keyword for searching specific report cards.
School Year: A dropdown menu to select the school year.
Grade: A dropdown menu to select the grade level.
Template: A dropdown menu to select the student report card template.
Filters: A dropdown menu to filter students based on specific criteria (e.g., students whose reports weren't generated by parents).
Report
The report contains detailed information on individual students, including:
Name: The student's name.
Grade: The grade level of the student.
Semester 1 Report Card: Indicates if the Semester 1 report card is generated.
Semester 1 Report Card Generation Date: The date when the Semester 1 report card was generated.
Semester 2 Report Card: Indicates if the Semester 2 report card is generated.
Semester 2 Report Card Generation Date: The date when the Semester 2 report card was generated.

Export List (.csv): A button to export the filtered data as a CSV file.
