Students

Overview

The Students Page shows all individual student results uploaded via the Upload page. It features a searchable list that allows for quick access to individual student results. Additionally, the page displays all Provincial Achievement Tests (PAT) available to each student, ensuring comprehensive visibility of student performance across various assessments.

Filters

There is 1 required filters available for this page:

Filter	Description
Location	Single value. A list of all uploaded schools from Upload page.

And several addition filters:

Filter	Description
Keyword	Text value. The Keyword filter allows for searching within the Student Name and ASN fields only.
Periods	Multiple value. A list of all uploaded periods from Upload page.
Tests	Multiple value. A list of all uploaded courses from Upload page.
Mark Range	Range value. Filter enables selection of course results within a range from 0 to 100%.

Filters only have access to the Terms, Courses, and Locations that were uploaded via the Upload page and Terms enabled on the Settings page.

Students List

The table displays a comprehensive list of students, filtered according to the selected criteria and the courses for which grades are available for each student.

To view additional information, please click on any entry to the detailed Student Page.

Export Tips

Click on (downward-facing arrow) in the upper right corner of the table to reveal a drop-down list.
From the drop-down list, select the desired file format.
- Available formats for tables: CSV, PDF, and XLSX.
- Available formats for charts: Print, PNG, JPEG, PDF, and SVG.

Student Page

The Student Page shows all individual student results uploaded via the Upload page.

Left hand side Students List

List of students with reduced functionality. The only filter available is Keyword.

To hide the list of students, click on the cross in the upper right corner of the List of Students.

To open the list of students, click Expand.

Trends Chart

Trends Chart shows courses results performance for Grade 6 and Grade 9.

Clicking on the icon on the legend causes the selected course to be shown or hidden on the chart.
