Archive Status Report

Overview

The Student Report Card Archive Status Report is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the archiving status of student report cards. This report allows administrators and educators to track which student report cards have been archived for each semester and the dates of those archives.

Accessing the Report

To access the Student Report Card Archive Status Report follow these steps:

Select the desired school from the list of available schools.
From the main screen, navigate to the left bottom menu.
Open the Student Report Card Archive Status Report.

Filters

The report contains the following filters:

Keyword: A text field to enter a keyword for searching specific report cards.
School Year: A dropdown menu to select the school year.
Grade: A dropdown menu to select the grade level.
Template: A dropdown menu to select the student report card template.
Filter: A dropdown menu to select students whose report cards have not been archived for the selected semester.
Make Student Selection: A checkbox to enable student selection.

Report Tab

Report tab contains detailed information on individual students.

Report columns

Name: The name of the student.
Grade: The grade level of the student.
Template: The template used for the report card.
Semester 1 Archived: Indicates whether the report card for Semester 1 has been archived.
Semester 1 Archived Date: The date when the report card for Semester 1 was archived.
Semester 2 Archived: Indicates whether the report card for Semester 2 has been archived.
Semester 2 Archived Date: The date when the report card for Semester 2 was archived.

Dashboard Tab

The Dashboard tab provides a visual representation of the report card archive status with a drill-down feature. The chart shows the number of archived and not archived reports. Users can click on the slices of the chart to view a list of students corresponding to each status.

Additional Features

Export List (.csv): A button to export the filtered data as a CSV file.
