Invitation Links
Overview
This section explains how to utilize invitation links to generate personalized registration pages and track user origins.

Managing Invitation Links
To begin managing invitation links, start by navigating to “Settings > Invitation Links”.
Adding a Link
Click the Create button located at the top of the page
Fill in the required settings. For more information on these settings please visit the Invitation Link Settings section below.
Click the Save button to confirm your changes.
Modifying a Link
Click the Edit button located next to the link.
Make any adjustments to the settings.
Click the Save button to confirm your changes.
Removing a Link
Click the Trash button next to the link.
Confirm the removal by clicking “Yes”
Disabling/Enabling a Link
Click the toggle located in the Enable? column next to your link.
Important: Please ensure your link is enabled before sharing. A disabled invitation link will not redirect users to the SchoolEngage registration page.
Sharing your Link
Start by editing your link.
Copy either the main or alternative link.
Share it on your district page or on social media!
Tip: Use multiple links across your platforms if you want to track the registration sources of users.
Invitation Link Settings
Link Name – The link name which will be put in the URL of the registration page. This cannot have spaces or any special characters,
Invitation Link – This URL can be copied and posted on the web site or sent by email.
Title – The title displayed to the user during the registration.
Description – The additional text displayed to the user during the registration.
Options - Whether or not to include Address and Phones section on the registration page.
