Clearing Browser Site Data

Clear Site Data

Sometimes issues arise that a simple cache clear doesn’t resolve. These steps do a cache clear and more (but may log you out of Dossier).

Open

Open Developer Tools

1. Within the Dossier interface, right click and select ‘Inspect'

2. In the panel the shows, click on >>>

3. Click ‘Applications’

4. Click the ‘Clear site data’ button

5. Refresh the page, you may be logged out of Dossier
