PAT Settings

Overview

The Settings Page enables users to activate available Test Terms, view Course Cutoffs, District and Provincial results, and configure Gap color coding.

Test Terms

On the Test Terms tab, it is possible to enable or disable active Test Terms. Inactive Terms will not be displayed in filters or charts.

The list shows only Terms that were uploaded through the Upload page.

Click the toggle to activate or deactivate the term.

Course Cutoffs

Dossier facilitates the viewing of Cutoffs for specified years and courses. District results are automatically calculated within Dossier upon data upload. Additionally, Provincial results are synchronized each time data is uploaded, ensuring up-to-date information across all entries.

Gap Colors

On the Settings tab, you have the option to modify the Gap color settings for individual questions for Categories page.

Gap Colors Table has fields:

• Level Name

• From, To parameter values

• Level color coding

Click on the pencil to change an existing level or on the green plus in the upper right corner of the table to add a new level.
