Overview

This section covers the My Schedule area of the Event Manager.

My Schedule

The My Schedule function will display any previously created Event Appointment Timeslots for the specific User, as well as allows for the management (creation, edit, deletion) of Timeslots. Click Month to view the calendar for the month specified. Use Previous and Next to navigate through the Year or Month depending on the option selected.

Creating an Event Schedule

In order for parents/students to be able to book an event appointment a schedule must be created first. Appointment timeslots can be created either individually or on mass for the User or can be created individually or on mass on behalf of other Users if permissions allow.

Creating an Individual Appointment Timeslot

Choose a Day and click on it to manually create an appointment timeslot.
Enter the information in the fields as follows:

  • Description (optional): Description or message that will display to parent

  • Location (optional): Location of the appointment

  • School: School where appointment will take a place
    (Settings can be used to limit selection to only specific schools or only the schools of choice)

  • Event: Event to which appointments are linked

  • From: Start time of Event Appointment

  • To: End time of Event Appointment
    Click Save to confirm details and create the Event appointment.

Mass Create

To create multiple timeslots at once click on Mass Creation from the calendar main screen.

Enter the information in as follows:

  • Start Date: First day when appointments will be created

  • End Date: Last day when appointment will be created

  • Start Time: Time of first appointment

  • Duration: Duration of each appointment in minutes

  • Count: Count of appointments per day

  • Days Of Week: Days of week when appointments will be generated

  • Week: Event to which appointments are linked

  • Location (optional): Location of the appointment

  • School: School where appointment will take a place
    (Settings can be used to limit selection to only specific schools or only the schools of choice)

  • Description (optional): Description or message that will display to parent

Click Save to confirm details and generate mass creation.
