Diploma Upload

The Dossier System allows for upload of Diploma data to the system and provides access to analysis on
data (summaries, details, trends, etc). In order to take advantage of this functionality the
Diploma results must be uploaded to the system and have synchronized Cutoffs regarding each Diploma
exam.
Instructions on how to download an archive (.zip) from the Alberta Education website can be found under the download field or
Upload Files
Using Drag and Drop:
Drag the archive or files into the designated area marked by a red dotted square.
Using the 'Add File' Button:
Click the 'Add File' button to select the files you wish to download.
Dossier will automatically upload the results and calculate the results by District.
Cutoff score sync
The system features a centralized server that synchronizes cut scores and provincial results automatically, eliminating the need for manual setup.
Upload History
The table shows the course upload history by year, upload success status, synchronization of provincial results for the current course, Cutoff synced status, and calculation of student results.
