2024 Start-Up Forms have been deployed to PILOT and LIVE
Alerts are available on forms in the following scenarios for the 2024 SDVF
- Any Contact has been added
- Any existing Contact has been modified
- Any existing Contact has been removed
Coordinates Writeback is now available and enabled
Fixed an issue where address autocomplete did not always kick in
Modify rules on forms to allow self-serving of SDVF and AA after go-live
Corrections to generated PDF
Corrected an issue where the school listed in feedback to parents may show the wrong school
Added support for dynamic formatting to accommodate International Phones
Added support for emails on parent forms (ie. Volunteer form)
Fixed an issue routing forms with changes to the “Completed without Changes” status

Writeback

Full Contact Synchronization has been enabled
Exclude Parent Portal-only accounts on matching
Adjustments to Name Writeback
Fix an issue where incorrect warnings would be raised on date fields during writeback

Fixed a bug showing incorrect Submission Date
Refresh school name in Acceptance form tabs
Automatically save the form before applying an action (ie. Approval)
Allow staff to see email history from other schools within the form
Resolved situations where PASI documents may get stuck as queued
Update Modification Time when performing a status change
Fixed an issue preventing the correct display of writeback errors in the audit history panel
Added pagination at the top of the page
Increased the size of the Application History pop-up on the review page
Removed deprecated “School Override” button from 2022 forms
Fixed an issue where unexpected errors may occur in a form
