To view the audit history of SMS and Voice Messages sent to users head to Settings > Communications > Communication History
.

Communication History Table
Below are the columns in the table, as well as their description.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Open Form | Go to the related form if it was a Form Notification |
Open History | Clicking on this button will open the email’s details |
Subject | Communication’s Subject (for internal auditing) |
Sent To | Recipient’s Phone Number |
Recipient Name | Recipient’s name. Clicking on the name will take you to the recipient’s SchoolEngage account if one exists. |
Sender Name | Staff who sent the communication. |
Related Application Assigned to | Assignee of the application |
School | School of the student |
Form | Name of related form |
Related Application Status | Status of the Application if any. For more information, see the Application Status page. |
Type | SMS or Voice Messages |
Communication Send out Type | Either direct message or form related. |
Status | Status of communication delivery. Please see, Communication Statuses for more information. |
Time Queued in SchoolEngage | Time SchoolEngage has received the request for communication sending. |
Time Processed by Mail Server | The last time the email server has updated their status on the delivery of the communication sending. |
Filtering Histories
To filter histories, fill out the top section of the page above the history table.
To Clear filters, click the “Clear Filters” button.
Filter | Description |
---|---|
Keyword | Search by Subject, Recipient’s phone number, Recipient’s name, or Sender name. |
Date | Search by the given date range. Defaults to the days elapsed in the current week. |
Form | Search by a specific related form |
School | Search by a specific School |
Type | Search by either SMS or Voice Message |
Communication Sendout Type | Either mass send out or direct messages |
Status | Search by the status of the communication’s delivery |
Related Application Status | Search by the Related Application Status if one exists. |
