Overview
Review incoming Field Trip Consent Forms filled out by guardians.
Viewing Field Trip Consent Forms requires the staff member (administrator or teacher) to have the Application View Permission.
To go to the field trip application list:
Click Field Trip Review on the left-hand navigation bar
Select a field trip request application to filter consent forms.
Administrators may approve or deny the consent form.
Teachers may check out the consent form, but not take any further action.

Reviewing an Application
To Approve a consent form, the Field Trip Consent Form must have at least one Approval Role setup on the Field Trip Consent Form’s settings.
