Overview

To view the audit history of emails sent to users head to Settings > Communications > Email History.

Below are the columns in the table, as well as their description

Go to the related form if it was a Form Notification

Subject

Email Subject

Sent To

Recipient’s email address

Recipient Name

Recipient’s name

Reply-to

Reply-to address set on the email

Sender Name

Staff who sent the email

Related Application Assigned to

Assignee of the application

School

School of the student

Form

Name of related form

Related Application Status

Status of the Application. For more information, see the Application Status page.

Email Type

Type of the email, whether it be application related, staff notifications, system emails, or general emails.

Status

Status of email delivery. Please see, Communication Statuses for more information.

Time Queued in SchoolEngage

Time SchoolEngage has received the request for email sending.

Time Processed by Mail Server

The last time the email server has updated their status on the delivery of the email.
