Overview

Staff can select students in PowerSchool and import the selected students to SchoolEngage.

This feature requires the SchoolEngage Student Group Selection plugin to be installed in your district’s PowerSchool. For more information, see the Installing the Latest SchoolEngage Plugin in PowerSchool page.



Selecting students in PowerSchool

To select students in PowerSchool:

  1. Login to your staff account in PowerSchool

  2. Select a student or group of students with the available filter options


Importing PowerSchool students to SchoolEngage

To import students selected in PowerSchool to SchoolEngage:

  1. In PowerSchool, click “Applications”

  2. Click “SchoolEngage Student Selection”

  3. After loading, click “SchoolEngage” under Applications to sign into SchoolEngage

  4. In SchoolEngage, click the “Apply Student Group Selection” checkbox to see students imported from SchoolEngage
