Overview

The Copy Template feature allows districts to quickly replicate example forms provided by the SchoolEngage team. These templates serve as standardized starting points designed to help districts align with best practices in form creation and workflow.

Functionality

The SchoolEngage team maintains a curated set of sample forms that are centrally managed and available for all districts. With the Copy Template feature, you can easily import these templates into your own environment and customize them as needed.

This functionality provides:

  • A consistent foundation for building new forms

  • A way to accelerate setup and ensure alignment with common use patterns

  • Reduced effort in designing district-specific solutions from scratch

Important Notes

  • Contact Mapping is not included when copying templates.
    Since contact structures are unique to each district, the system does not copy contact mappings as part of the template. You will need to configure those manually after importing the form.
