This guide aims to simplify your experience with SchoolEngage, offering straightforward steps for first-time signup, accessing via the PowerSchool Parent Portal, or setting up independent student access.
For New Parents to the District
If you're new to the district and don't yet have access to the PowerSchool Parent Portal, setting up a SchoolEngage account is your first step:
Start Here: Go to the SchoolEngage Sign In page and choose Create New Account.
Registration Details:
Fill out the form, paying special attention to required fields highlighted with a red border.
Ensure your password is at least 8 characters long.
Note: After you finish registering, you'll receive a confirmation message and an activation email. To verify your account, simply click the link in the email. This step must be completed before you can access SchoolEngage.
For Parents with Existing PowerSchool Accounts
Parents who already have children enrolled in the district should use the PowerSchool Parent Portal for SchoolEngage access:
Direct Login: Sign into the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
Single Sign-on: Locate and click the SchoolEngage icon on the bottom left of the navigation menu. This grants you direct access to SchoolEngage without needing to log in again.
This method ensures a smooth experience, linking your PowerSchool and SchoolEngage accounts for easy management of your children's educational needs.
New Student Registration
Students have the option to create their SchoolEngage account independently, with a simple adjustment during sign-up:
At the end of the registration form, students should opt for Register as a Student Account to differentiate their account from parent accounts.
This step ensures students can manage their SchoolEngage access independently of their parents
