The Counselling module has specific access Roles that are specific to it. This area helps understand what those roles are and what level of access each role has to the different areas and functionality within the module.

It is important to note that since each client will have slightly different access, this area describes the common access to the module functionality.

Director

Directors have identical level of access as a Counsellor, the only difference is they can see all Confidential Notes/Transition Notes instead of just their own.

Managing Roles

Please refer to the Manage User Roles area for detailed steps on how to manage roles for the Counselling module.

Access to this area is only for specific individuals at each District. Currently Intellimedia gives these users access as giving an incorrect user this level of access may expose sensitive information to the wrong users (such as Confidential Notes).
