This guide is designed to help you navigate SchoolEngage effectively, ensuring a seamless experience as you manage student profiles and stay on top of school communications.

The Navigation Bar, accessible from any page, includes:

  1. User Profile: Click your name to manage your profile.

  2. Home: Easily return to the Home Page.

  3. Calendar: Keep tabs on upcoming events and deadlines.

  4. Students: View and manage student information.

  5. Add Students: Quickly add new student profiles.

  6. Additional Features: For more options like logging out or going fullscreen, just hover over the SchoolEngage logo at the top of the navigation bar.

SchoolEngage keeps you in SchoolEngage makes it easy for you to stay informed through notifications, which you can find in several convenient places:

  • Home Page: All current notifications appear right on the main page. Simply click on any notification to go straight to the relevant form or information.

  • Notification Drawer: Look for the notification icon in the top right corner. Clicking it reveals all your active notifications. Select any notification to be taken directly to its associated form.

  • Navigation Bar: Keep an eye out for red numeric badges in the navigation bar. These badges show how many unread notifications you have. Clicking on these icons lets you view the notifications, and if you hover over them, you'll get a quick summary of what they're about.he loop with all essential updates. You'll receive notifications for things like school announcements or prompts to fill out certain forms, including those for verifying student information.

Navigating SchoolEngage in a language that you're comfortable with can enhance your experience. You have a couple options for adjusting the language settings:

  • Go to the login screen and find the language menu at the bottom right.

  • Pick a language from the list to change it right away.

  • Look for a flag icon at the top right of any page to find the language menu.

  • Click the flag and choose from the languages shown.

  • Click your name or profile icon.

  • Use the language dropdown at the top right of your profile to switch.

Note: Since the text in forms and certain parts of SchoolEngage is set by your district, some sections may not be translated to your selected language.

  • How to Log Out: To sign out of SchoolEngage, hover your cursor over the SchoolEngage logo at the top of the navigation bar. This action will reveal the Log Out button for you to click and securely exit the platform.
