Overview

This section covers how to find forms submitted by your end users.

Review page

To access the Review page:

  1. In the main left-hand menu, click “Review”


Searching for form submissions

Once forms have been assigned or submitted, they can be found on the Review page. At the top of the review page is a search form.

TIP: You can save your filters so that you can easily come back to them at a later date.

Basic search

Listed below are the options in the basic search form:

Field name

Description

Keyword

Filters forms by the “Assignee” first and last name

Form

Filter results based on a particular form.

Note: You will only see active forms which you have access to.

Status

Filters forms based on the different form statuses

School

Filters forms based on the assigned school

Advanced search

To access more search options, simply click the “> Advanced Search” button located beneath the basic search fields on the Review page.

Listed below are the options in the advanced search form:

Assigned to me

Display forms assigned to you

Created by me

Display forms created by you

Apply student selection

This search only applies to student-based assignees.

View the PowerSchool documentation to learn about the query options available.

  • Click “Edit Selection”

  • In this dialog, you have the ability to create a search based on actual PowerSchool fields

  • Click “Run Query” to view the student list based on your query

  • Click “Done” to apply and view your search results

Apply PowerSchool Student Import

Selecting this option will import students selected in PowerSchool as your query for students.

This feature requires the SchoolEngage Student Group Selection plugin to be installed in your district’s PowerSchool.

Document status

Find forms with a particular PASI / CASI status. For more information regarding the different statuses, please see PASI Document Statuses.

Writeback status

Find forms which have been written back to PowerSchool or not.


PASI Document Statuses

The following are the statuses that an application’s PASI documents can be in:

Status

Description

Awaiting Approval

This document has not yet been reviewed. Documents/Applications (Student Registration) must be Approved & Written Back, or Managed Externally to upload documents to PASI.

No Documents

This application does not have any documents to push.

Needs ASN

Student must have an ASN registered with PASI and PowerSchool to upload documents to PASI.

This status may be due to a duplicate student account in SchoolEngage. Please see Merging Duplicate Accounts for addressing this situation.

No Active Enrollment

This student is in PowerSchool, but is not Active or Pre-Registered. Districts may optionally choose to allow or disallow document uploads for Pre-Registered students.

Requires Review

Documents may be uploaded to PASI, but all attached documents have not been reviewed.

In Progress

Documents may be uploaded to PASI, and at least one document has been reviewed.

Completed

All Documents have been reviewed, and uploaded to PASI if needed.


FAQ

In the Review Page, why can’t I see an application?

Here are a few reasons why you’re unable to see a registration form for a parent:

  1. Registration Type forms that have not been submitted by the parent yet cannot be seen by the staff on the Review Page.

  2. There is a School selected on the application, and your staff account does not have the necessary School Rights to access the application.

  3. There is a Form Category setup on the form, and your role does not have rights to the form category
