In the Live PASI View panel, you can see all documents in PASI, if they are relevant, as well as the status of their QA and Problem Reports.

Clicking the “Open” button by a document brings up the PASI Data view. This allows you to view the metadata of the document in PASI, view the document itself as well as optionally update certain fields. Audit, QA and Problem reports can be seen in other tabs.

The second panel is the SchoolEngage Files panel. This shows a list of all files uploaded to SchoolEngage by Staff, Students and Guardians. This panel has some key differences from the live view.

The status column indicates the current state of that individual file. There are 5 states a file can be in:
