| The document has not been touched since being uploaded, but can be uploaded. | Excluded |
| The document does not need to go to PASI, and has been marked as exclude. This counts as successful review. | Queued |
| The document has been pushed to PASI, but PASI has not confirmed that the upload has been received. | Uploaded |
| The document was successfully uploaded. | Failed |
| The document was not successfully upload. Please check the file history view for more information. Documents in the failed state can attempt re-upload after reading the failure reason in the file history. |
