Writeback Courses

When you select Writeback Courses you will bring up a table of the courses selected in the form.

  • Course - The course the user Selected.

  • Section - The section selected by you as staff.

  • Approve - The approval status of the section.

    • Pending - nothing has been selected.

    • Approved - the section selection has been approved.

    • Denied - this course is denied and will not be written back.

  • Select - a button that will allow you to select the specific section.

Info

To submit a course writeback, at least one course must be either Approved or Denied. Only approved courses will be written back.

Select Sections

When you select a section you will be able to see the School the section is for, the Entry date for the section, the term, and a list of possible sections for that student. You can then select a section and hit the Select button to continue.

...

Once all the sections are selected you can writeback the data to PowerSchool. A new Application History should appear right away. How long before the course enrollment appears in PowerSchool will depend on the SFTP settings and how often the AutoComm record runs.
