Currently, the The Contact Sync is for clients who are using the SMS sendout feature in SchoolEngagespecifically designed for SMS sendouts, enabling districts to communicate with emergency contacts. If your district is not using this feature, there’s no need to enable the sync, as it would increase the number of parents in the system with minimal benefit. |
To make changes, the staff must have rights to change the Contact Sync.
