Accessing Your Profile
How to View: Click on your name at the top of the navigation bar to access your current profile information.
Editing Your Profile
Getting Started: Find and click the “Actions” button at the top of your profile page.
Make Changes: Select “Edit User” to update your profile info.
Update Info: Change any details you need to.
Save Your Work: Click the “Save” button to keep your changes.
Changing Your Password
Keeping your account secure is important. Here’s how you can update your password:
Getting Started: Click "Actions" at the top of your profile page.
Edit Your Account: Choose "Edit User" to start making changes.
Create a New Password: Type your new password into the designated fields.
Check the Criteria: Follow the password guidelines provided beneath the password fields to ensure your new password is strong and secure.
Save Your New Password: Don't forget to press the “Save” button to apply your changes.
Updating Your Email
Changing your email address in SchoolEngage is simple:
Getting Started: Click “Actions” at the top of your profile page.
Update Email: Select “Change Email” to begin updating your email details.
Confirm Email: Enter your new email address in the provided field and click “Save”.
Verify Email: A confirmation email will be sent to your new address. Confirm this change via the received email to complete the update.
Important: Once your account has been linked to PowerSchool you will be unable to change your email. Any changes will need to be made to the parent portal account email in PowerSchool.
Managing Email Notifications
Take control of your email notifications in SchoolEngage with these steps:
Getting Started: First, click “Actions” at the top of your profile page.
Turn Off Optional Emails: Click "Unsubscribe to Optional Emails" if you don’t want extra emails.
Note: If you wish to resubscribe to emails, you can easily opt back in at any time by selecting the "Resubscribe to Optional Emails" option.
