Types of Field Mappings

Inputs

Inputs prepopulate a field with data from a specified map source when the form is generated. This reduces the need for users to have to fill out the same information every time.

Outputs

Outputs send the submitted data from a form to a designated map source upon writeback.

Note: It is possible to have multiple outputs on a single form field.

How to Create Mappings

  1. Begin by editing a form field.

  2. Scroll to the "Data Mapping" section within the field settings.

  3. Click "Add Input" or "Add Output" to create a new mapping.

  4. Choose your desired map source followed by the specific field to link.
