To register a new student, select “Add Student” from the navigation menu.
After choosing “Add Student”, you will be prompted to enter the following details:
Student's Legal First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name
Date of Birth
Gender
Alberta Student Number (ASN), if available
After filling in all necessary information, press “Save.”
Please note: After you link a form to a student's profile, you won't be able to change or remove their basic details anymore. This includes things like their name and birth date. |
