Overview

This form type, crucial for delivering field trip details to parents and students, can only be generated through a Field Trip form and relies heavily on it.

Important: Please ensure you create a Field Trip type form before setting up a confirmation form. You cannot set up a confirmation form without having a Field Trip form in place first.

Form Statuses

Field Trip Confirmation forms have a unique set of statuses that affect the overall workflow of the form. Below is the list of statuses available to this type of form:

Status

What It Means

Incomplete

The form has been assigned to the student but hasn't been responded to by the parent yet.

Accepted

The parent or student has completed the form and accepted the field trip.

Declined

The parent or student has completed the form and chosen not to participate in the field trip.

General Status Workflow

Incomplete > Accepted or Declined
