Form Statuses
Field Trip Confirmation forms have a unique set of statuses that affect the overall workflow of the form. Below is the list of statuses available to this type of form:
Status | What It Means |

Incomplete | The form has been assigned to the student but hasn't been responded to by the parent yet. |
Accepted | The parent or student has completed the form and accepted the field trip. |
Declined | The parent or student has completed the form and chosen not to participate in the field trip. |
