Getting Started
Navigate to the form you would like to assign your form and begin editing it.
Open the Form Settings by clicking “Settings” at the top of the page.
click the “Assignment” tab

Important: This setting will only affect forms that have not already passed the triggered state. If you setup a form assignment on approval, forms already approved will not have the form assigned retroactively. |
Add automated Form Assignment Rule
To setup a new automated form assignment rule click “Add Automated Form Assignment Rule” to open a new item.
Select the “Name of the Form” you want to assign.
Select the “Action Trigger”
Approval - when the form is approved
Submission - when the form is submitted
Writeback - when the form is written-back
Select the “Field”you want to trigger the assignment
Only certain fields are available for this
Select the “Value” or Values to assign the form.
