Managing Roles
The Counselling Module utilizes Dossier Roles that are managed by specific users at the District. The sync from PowerSchool only gives the user the Teacher role if the user is new. It is up to these users to update the Roles for staff from there.

If the PowerSchool Group or Permissions change for a user, the sync will NOT change the Counselling Role. |
