Adding a Student

  1. Getting Started: From the main navigation menu, click on “Add Student” to begin.

  2. Enter Student Details: You will be asked to provide specific information about the student, including:

    • Legal First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name

    • Date of Birth

    • Gender

    • Grade

  3. Save the Profile: Once you have entered all the required information, click “Save” to create the student's profile.

Important Note: Please be aware that once a form is linked to the student's profilehas been submitted for this student, you will no longer have the capability to alter or delete the basic details you've entered, such as the student's name and date of birth.

Viewing a Student

  1. Getting Started: First, go to the navigation bar and click on “Students” to see all the students you can manage.

  2. View Student Details: Choose the student you're interested in by clicking on their name. You'll see their basic information and any forms related to them.

Updating a Student

  1. Getting Started: First, go to the navigation bar and click on “Students” to see all the students you can manage.

  2. View Student Details: Choose the student you're interested in by clicking on their name. You'll see their basic information and any forms related to them.

  3. Begin Editing: Click on “Actions” and then select “Edit User” to start making changes.

  4. Update Information: Adjust any details as necessary.

  5. Save Updates: Click the “Save” button to apply your changes.

Note

Important: Remember, once a form has been submitted for a student, you won't be able to edit their information to keep everything in line with school records. If you need to make updates after submission, please reach out to your school for assistance. They can make the necessary changes on your behalf.
