Overview

This section covers how to use the Review area. This area is designed for schools to be able to view and action form submissions.

Users are able to search and view reports on specific forms and their submissionsIn this section you will learn about the main Review area of the SchoolEngage platform.

Upon navigating to the Review area from the main menu, users are presented with a streamlined interface to find and action all form submissions and assignments.

Types of forms

There are two types of forms which are displayed. A form type is chosen when forms are initially created (see creating forms):

• Validation forms (targeted response)
  Forms assigned to specific individuals, such as a field trip consent form sent to parents

• Registration forms (open access)
  Forms that can be submitted without explicit assignment, such as registration forms
