Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
Incomplete | The form has been assigned to the student but hasn't been responded to by the parent yet. |
Accepted | The parent or student has completed the form and accepted the field trip. |
Declined | The parent or student has completed the form and chosen not to participate in the field trip. |
Locked | The staff member has locked the form, preventing parents from seeing or modifying the form. This must be done from the base field trip form, and will only apply to not denied or accepted forms. |
