Map areas allow boundaries, uploading of by the division boundaries , to be incorporated into forms. These boundaries can be uploaded as Shapefiles (.shp) for Keyhole Markup Language files (.kml).

Once a boundary has been uploaded, you may need to rename it if the system is unable to detect the name of the boundary. Any uploaded boundaries should be verified to ensure that the system has read them correctly. This can be done by hitting the “Toggle Preview” button on each boundary and double checking the mapped area. It should appear similarly to the image below for a boundary representing the province of Alberta.
