Registration Type forms cannot be manually assigned to a user. If staff should be able to manually assign a form to users (whether it be to one user or en masse), please consider making the form a Validation Form. |

In the Review Page, why can’t I see an application?
Here are a few reasons why you’re unable to see a registration form for a parent:
Registration Type forms that have not been submitted by the parent yet cannot be seen by the staff on the Review Page.
There is a School selected on the application, and your staff account does not have the necessary School Rights to access the application.
There is a Form Category setup on the form, and your role does not have rights to the form category

Staff assign the application to SchoolEngage users manually. Like Registration type forms, users ability to submit the application is dependent on the criteria set by staff in the Form’s Permissions.

In the Navigation bar, head to Users > Students
Open the student’s profile by clicking on the button.
Click the “Assign Form” button
Select the form(s) in the drop-down.
Click “Assign”
